About Us

I am a Naturopath because I want people to Revert Back To Mother Nature which today people have sadly forgotten. I want to revive and make people understand the marvels of the human body which is a master piece of Nature & that if you treat it with the highest respect & best of care, it will treat you like a dear & loving mother. If you transgress the law of Nature, you are bound to fall ill.

The practice of Naturopathy is based on the premise that the body is self-healing. There is a belief in a spirit, vital energy or lifeforce beyond the physical realm, although modern medicine has not found a way to measure this energy. When there is an illness or disease, the life force has become blocked in its ability to self-heal. The task of the naturopath is to discover what may be the obstacles to healing. The obstacles are of a physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual nature. Either there is something vital to health that is missing or something toxic that needs to be removed or released.
A Naturopath looks not at ‘disease’, but at the body systems that are out of balance or harmony. From this approach, one can expect to discover the underlying reason for one’s particular symptoms. While a headache can be alleviated with an aspirin, the aspirin will not prevent further headaches. Nor is a headache caused by an ‘aspirin deficiency’. Therefore, the ‘root’ cause has not been discovered. A naturopath will look further to find if the body’s endocrine system is out of balance, if the nervous system is stressed, or if the circulatory system may be a contributing factor, to name a few. Each person is unique.
A Naturopath is a health practitioner who, without the use of drugs or surgery, uses natural substances in order to help enable the body to heal itself. These substances may include herbs, vitamins, minerals, enzymes, homeopathic preparations, superfoods, antioxidants, etc. Naturopathic principles may also incorporate and stress the importance of cleansing and detoxification, emotional balancing, exercise, adequate sunshine, rest and relaxation techniques and drinking quality water. Your body is always its own best healer.
A naturopath is known to be a “drugless” doctor who does no harm. Many people who seek out the assistance of a Naturopath are looking for someone to help them heal themselves. Some are looking for a non-pharmaceutical approach to wellness. Others have tried just about everything and are ready to try something different in their quest for better health.
Heal the whole person. It is the goal of a Naturopath to treat the client based on all of his or her symptoms in an individualized manner. Health and sickness are conditions of the whole organism, a whole involving the complex interaction of many factors. The naturopath must treat the whole person by taking these factors into account. The harmonious functioning of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects are essential to recovery from and prevention of disease. This requires a comprehensive approach.
Doctor as teacher. We seek to empower the patient through education of their imbalances as well as emphasizing important lifestyle changes that promote health. A cooperative relationship has inherent therapeutic value. The Naturopath’s major role is to educate and encourage the patient to take responsibility for their own health. The Naturopath is a catalyst for healthful change, empowering and motivating the patient to assume responsibility. It is the patient who ultimately creates/accomplishes healing. Teaching with hope, knowledge, and understanding, the Naturopath acts to enable patients to heal.
Based on our client’s individual history and current concerns, recommendations are made to best optimize health. The ultimate goal of any health care system should be to avoid illness whenever possible. This is accomplished through education and promotion of life-habits that create good health. The Naturopath learns to assess risk factors and to sharpen their deductive reasoning, and understand the client’s circumstances. Appropriate interventions are then sought to avoid further harm or risk. Building health works better and more surely than fighting illness.
